This presentation will dissect the bully syndrome to reveal its deep instinctive roots in the dynamics of attachment and vulnerability. This understanding will then inform interventions that are more likely to be successful.

She is the Co-ordinator of the Centre of Excellence for Behaviour Management, a support to the English School Boards of Quebec, helping them to provide effective interventions for students with behavioural challenges.
