Hear From Experienced Community School Principals

Principals are key to the success of a community school. They are central to promoting the community school vision and making sure the Community Development Agent's action plan is aligned with the needs of the school, school board and the local community.

Learn about effective practices, common challenges and the benefits of leading a community school by listening to interviews with experienced community school principals from across the province. Interviews were conducted by Kit Malo (Estuaries Consulting) and Ben Loomer (LEARN). Each interview is between 45-60 minutes.
